Filing a case for a client: what would you have done?
A group member lays out this situation: A client gave hired him for a same day serve and he was supposed to also file the docs at the court. The client's office was downtown and the courthouse to file was 30 minutes away. He drove to the courthouse to give the docs to the clerk, but the clerk could not file a personal check and the fee was $419.00. This happened at 3:00pm and the court closed at 4:00pm.
