If you have papers to serve in another county or state, it helps to have the name of a trusted process server in that area readily available so you can forward the job. ServeNow’s Favorites Page enables you to quickly find and contact out-of-area process servers you have used in the past.
Benefits of “Favoriting” Process Servers
Your personalized Favorites Page displays a comprehensive list of your preferred process servers grouped by geographic location. Building your list of favorite ServeNow members in other areas now will save you time in the future when you’re looking for a local server.
Another benefit for you comes from the client’s side, where they can save your firm as a favorite. Whenever they need a process server in your area, your name will show up if they have saved you as a favorite.
How to Save Your Favorites
To save a process server as a favorite, all you have to do is log in to ServeNow and click the star icon to the left of the process serving firm’s name. The star will continue to show up in search results when you browse ServeNow, indicating to you that the server is one of your favorites.
Visit your Favorites Page by either clicking on “My Account” or clicking the link that says “Favorites” at the top of your screen. And if you would like to do a nice favor for the ServeNow members you successfully work with, consider recommending their services to others simply clicking on the heart icon within their profile.
