Condo Rules Allow Process Servers

MIAMI, FL -- The Distressed Condominium Relief Act has gone into effect, allowing condo associations to enjoy more authority in collecting debts. A number of changes were made to the rules and regulations governing condos in South Florida. One of the new laws requires condo communities to permit process servers to enter the condo building or property in cases where a foreclosure notice is to be served to a resident.
