Process Server Uncovers Animal Abuse

SARASOTA COUNTY, FL -- In April a process server was serving a home in Sarasota when a puppy was spotted, confined in a plastic doghouse with no food, water, or ventilation. The process server informed Animal Services, who removed the animal, who was living in a soiled and confined doghouse and was having difficulty breathing. Tiffany Willis has been arrested for animal cruelty in the case.
