Service Guarantee

We will not guarantee that we will "service" the defendant, but we do guarantee that we will try as follows:

Routine work is to be attempted 3 times per week and once within the first 3 days of being assigned.

Rush work is to be attempted 5 times per week and the first attempt is to be made on the same day assigned. The first 4 attempts need to be on the first 4 days, 4 consecutive daily attempts are required.
