Tennessee Process Services is locally owned and operated and has been providing reliable services to the legal community since 2002.

Our charges are on a flat fee basis, depending on the county where service is to be performed and include all attempts. We will keep you informed of the progress and if there are any problems (incorrect addresses, unable to locate defendants, defendants evading service, etc...) we will notify you for further instructions. First attempt is 1 to 2 days. Rush service is available for an additional $20.00

In order to provide our customers better service, we now accept papers to be served via email. Payment will need to be made through our website via credit card and only charge an additional fee of $10.00 for anything over 25 pages. Over 50 pages we request them to be mailed. Service upon Ct Corporation Systems, National Registered Agents, Business Filings Incorporated and VCorp Services are a flat fee of $55.00 with same day/next day service depending upon the time of day the papers are received as they close for business daily at 2:00 PM.

As with all, rates are discounted for multiple serves at the same location
